Add variety with granary, brown, wholemeal, high fibre white and rye bread, or choose rolls, pitta bread, baps, muffins or crusty French batons.
 
Fillings may include

  2. Brie with thinly sliced pear.
     
  3. Boursin with raw mushrooms.
     
  4. Peanut butter with diced red pepper, grated cheese.
     
  5. Marmite, cottage cheese and lettuce.
     
  6. Turkey with salad and cranberry sauce.
     
  7. Humous with chunky cucumber.
     
  8. Mashed tuna with mayonnaise and avocado.
     
  9. Smoked cheddar with apple and celery.
     
  10. Roast pork, apple sauce and watercress.
     
  11. Paté, coleslaw and tomato.
     
  12. Stilton with walnut and chives.
     
  13. Prawns with garlic mayonnaise.
