Pizza
Ingredients
100g (4oz) self raising flour
Water to mix
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
Method
- Place flour and salt in a bowl, add water and i tablespoon oil. Mix together to make a firm dough.
- Shape the mixture into a ball then flatten out to fit a small frying pan. Heat the remaining oil in the pan, fry the pizzabase for about 5 minutes, until golden brown.
- Flip it over and cook the other side for five minutes, slide onto a plate and serve with a topping of your choice. Alternatively, cover the uncooked top with a cheesy mixture and place under a hot grill.
