QUICK AND EASY SNACKS
Eating correctly and healthily with gentle exercise will help us stay well, the good news is that healthy eating need not involve elaborate meals. Simple snacks, which are easy to prepare, can be just as nourishing.
It is important to try and eat the right combinations and to cut down on fats, salt and sugary foods and increase vegetables, fruit, cereals, potatoes, rice and pasta.
