QUICK AND EASY SNACKS


Hawaiian Baps


Ingredients
 
2 large bread rolls
4 slices of ham
4 rings of pineapple
50g grated cheese

Method


 
  1. Cut the bread rolls in half and toast cut side under the grill.
     
  2. Onto each half bap place a slice of ham, a ring of pineapple and some grated cheese.
     
  3. Grill until the cheese starts to melt.
     
  4. Serve on its own as a snack or with a mixed salad as a main meal.
