Cheesy Fish Toasts


Ingredients
 
1 pack of boil in the bag (8oz/200g) kippers/peppered mackerel
50g (2oz) cheddar, grated
3 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 large slices of hot buttered toast
black pepper

Method


 
  1. Cook the kippers according to the packet instructions. Mash well with a fork and mix in the cheese, yoghurt and Worcestershire Sauce.
     
  2. Spread the mixture onto the toast and sprinkle generously with black pepper. Place under a hot grill for 3-4 minutes until bubbling and golden. Eat straight away.
