Ingredients
½ small onion
¼ green pepper
1 teaspoon oil
2 dessertspoons sweetcorn
2 dessertspoons soy sauce
1 mug beansprouts
50g / 2oz frozen cooked prawns (defrosted)

Method
- Peel and chop the onion and cut the pepper into thin strips.
- Cook the pepper and onion in the oil for 3 minutes.
- Add the sweetcorn, soy sauce and beansprouts and cook for a minute.
- Finally add the prawns and cook for a further minute.
Cook's Tip
Chicken, pork or quorn could be used instead of prawns.
Chop into small pieces and add with the onion. Ensure the meat is thoroughly cooked before serving.
