Italian Chop

Balance your plate
To balance the plate serve with
rice, pasta or potatoes
and seasonal vegetables or salad.
Ingredients

½ onion
1 tomato
Pinch dried mixed herbs
½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 lamb chop, trimmed of fat



 

Method


 
  1. Dice onion and chop tomato finely.
     
  2. Mix onion, tomatoes, herbs and sauce in a bowl.
     
  3. Place a sheet of kitchen foil on a baking tray.
     
  4. Put half the onion mixture on the foil and lay the chop on top. Finally, cover with the remaining mixture.
     
  5. Fold up foil over chop, overlapping ends to form a parcel.
     
  6. Bake for 40 minutes.
