Ingredients
½ onion
1 tomato
Pinch dried mixed herbs
½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 lamb chop, trimmed of fat
Method
- Dice onion and chop tomato finely.
- Mix onion, tomatoes, herbs and sauce in a bowl.
- Place a sheet of kitchen foil on a baking tray.
- Put half the onion mixture on the foil and lay the chop on top. Finally, cover with the remaining mixture.
- Fold up foil over chop, overlapping ends to form a parcel.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
