Scrambled Egg


Ingredients
 
4 eggs
4 tablespoons of milk
salt and pepper to taste

Method


 
  1. Beat the eggs, milk and seasoning together in a medium sized bowl.
     
  2. Cook egg mixture for 1/2 minute and stir well.
     
  3. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until light and fluffy.
     
  4. Serve on hot toast.
