Scrambled Egg
Ingredients
4 eggs
4 tablespoons of milk
salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Beat the eggs, milk and seasoning together in a medium sized bowl.
- Cook egg mixture for 1/2 minute and stir well.
- Cook for a further 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until light and fluffy.
- Serve on hot toast.
