Quick Crumpet Pizza

Ingredients
 
1 crumpet
1/2 slice cooked ham
1 thin slice tomato
Pinch of mixed herbs
1 tablespoon of grated cheese

Method

1. Heat the crumpet in the microwave for 1 minute.
    
   
2. Place the ham on the crumpet and add the tomato, herbs and grated cheese.
    
   
3. Cook for 1½ minutes.
