Jacket Potatoes


Serves 2
 
Ingredients
 
2 potatoes (225-250g or 9-10oz each)
 

Method


 
  1. Scrub the potatoes and prick with a fork.
     
  2. Place the potatoes on a piece of kitchen paper and place on a microwave plate.
     
  3. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until soft.
     
  4. When soft, cut potatoes in half and serve with grated cheese or baked beans.
