Bacon Sandwich



Ingredients
 
3 rashers of bacon, trimmed
2 slices bread
low fat spread (optional)

Method


 
  1. Place the bacon rashers on a plate, cover with a piece of kitchen paper and cook for 2½-3 minutes.
     
  2. Spread the low fat spread on the bread.
     
  3. Make up the sandwich, cut and serve.
