Cinnamon Apple Crumble

Ingredients
 
1 apple - peeled and sliced
2 teaspoons sultanas
1 tablespoon Demerara sugar
Pinch of ground cinnamon
2 crunchy biscuits, such as ginger or lemon cookies

Method


 
  1. Arrange the apple slices in the base of a small dish and sprinkle the sultanas over.
     
  2. Mix half the sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle this over the apple.
     
  3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 minute.
     
  4. Crush the biscuits and mix them with the remaining sugar. Sprinkle this over the apple.
     
  5. Cook uncovered on HIGH for ½-1 minute.
     
  6. Serve with Greek yoghurt or custard flavoured with a little cinnamon.
